Bay 7 Collective is a small, one-person operation. Here's what we collect and why — plainly, not in legalese.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping address
• What you ordered and when

Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

We use two functional cookies: one to remember what's in your cart, and one for security (CSRF protection). We don't use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

How it's used

Solely to process and fulfil your order — taking payment, shipping the item, and emailing you about it (order confirmation, shipping notification). We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell or share your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed to get your order to you: Stripe (payment processing) and Australia Post (shipping). Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our business and tax record-keeping obligations.
